1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
16 oz. cream cheese
seasoning, to taste
tabasco

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add cheddar and mix well. Season to taste. Add other ingredients, if desired. Shape into a ball. Roll in one of your toppings. Refrigerate then, serve with crackers.

*cooked and crumbled bacon, diced ham, or horseradish can be added to this recipe for a different taste
*TOPPING** for a pretty table presentation, roll cheese ball in finely chopped pecans, chopped parsley, or paprika
