1 lb. medium mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs = 1 slice of bread
1 1/4 cup finely chopped musroom stems
3/4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Remove stems from mushroom caps. Cook chopped mushroom stems, peppers and onions in 3 tbsp butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Allow it to sit until bread crumbs are softened. Stuff mushroom caps. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in baking pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350
