2-oz chocolate-unsweetened
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine

Frosting:
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp hot coffee
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate and cool. Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on each square of waffle iron and bake on medium setting for 1 1/2 minutes. Do not over bake. FROSTING: Combine cocoa and coffee, add butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth, add sugar gradually until of spreading consistency.
