1 part Balmex (or generic equivalent)
1 part Ilex*
2 parts Vasoline (or generic equivalent)
1/2 part Monistat cream (or generic equivalent)

Example: 2 oz Balmex, 2 oz Ilex, 4 oz Vaseline, 1 oz Monistat

Mix above ingredients together in small disposable containers with a plastic fork. This keeps for a long time, and it will heal a terrible diaper rash so quickly that you will also believe it is magic! Use washcloth to remove cream if necessary.

*Ilex is a non-prescription skin protectant paste that you can get by calling Kroger Pharmacy and asking them to order it - you can pick it up the next day. It is the MAGIC part of this recipe, so no substitutes!
