1/2 # small pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 to 2 # shrimp, cooked, peeled, no tails
1 to 2 c. feta cheese
1 # artichoke hearts , quartered and cooked
2 to 3 large tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced in rings
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. white wine vinegar
1 t. dijon mustard
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 t. oregano
1 clove garlic, pressed
salt and pepper to taste

Toss the pasta with other ingredients and pour prepared dressing over all, modifying to taste. Sprinkle top with feta cheese. Let flavors marinate and serve.
