Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. shortening 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. potatoe flakes 1 T. salt 4 eggs (whipped) 1 1/2 T. yeast 7-8 c. flour

Directions:	Directions: Melt butter and shortening ~ add milk ~ warm in microwave. Mix sugar, flakes and salt. Add to wet mixture. Add eggs, yeast and then flour. Knead ~ add additional flour if needed. Let rise for until double (1 hour) ~ punch down and divide into two parts. Roll one part out bread softened butter over the top ~ fold into thirds ~ cut with a knife to make 1 inch strips ~ roll slices into pretzel shape. Put on greased baking sheets. Repeat with second part. Let rise again until double (1 hour) Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes
