6 5-oz. salmon fillets
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. honey
1 pinch brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Princess House® Pure Grapeseed Oil
salt and pepper to taste
lime slices for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon fillets in Rectangular Baking Dish. In a small bowl, stir together lime juice, honey, brown sugar and Pure Grapeseed Oil. Pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Preheat oven to 450ºF (220ºC). Season salmon with salt and pepper. Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lime slices and serve immediately. Serves 6.
