4 T Butter
1/4 C honey
1 egg
1 t grated orange peel
1/2 C orange juice
1 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 C wheat germ
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and honey add egg, orange peel and orange juice. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, add mixture and wheat germ to butter mixture, Mix to just combine. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 20 min. Makes 9 muffins
