1 1/2 cups flour
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Combine milk, eggs and oil. Combine both of these mixtures and beat until smooth. Heat griddle or frying pan, grease lightly. Pour only enough batter to coat skillet thinly – spread with back of spoon or tilt pan to spread. Cook til lightly browned on bottom and firm on top. Turn. Takes only a short time to brown slightly. Remove to a plate. Spread a little jam or pie filling in center and roll into a log. Dust with powdered sugar. Batter keeps a couple days in refrigerator. Doesn’t take any longer than pancakes.
