1 1/4 Cups (8 oz) SanGiorgio Orzo or Rosa Marina, uncooked
2 Cups thinly sliced zucchini
3/4 Cup chopped green pepper
1/4 Cup thinly sliced green onions
1 Cup (8oz container) plain yogurt
1 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo according to package directions, drain. Cool. (Rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well) Combined drained orzo, zucchini, green pepper, and green onions in large bowl. Combine yogurt, dill weed, salt and pepper in small bowl. Blend well. Pour yogurt dressing over the macaroni mixture. Toss lightly. Chill. Just before serving add tomato wedges and toss lightly
