1 3/4 c. crushed chocolate chip cookies
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c butter melted

FILLING:
3 pkg. (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

COOKIE DOUGH:
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar, stir in butter. Press onto bottom and up side of greased 9 inch springform pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, beat on low. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat until blended. Pour over crust. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars on medium speed for 3 min. Add water and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stirring 1 c. chips. Drop dough by tsp. over filling. Gently push dough below surface. Bake at 350º for 45-55 min. Cool for 10 min. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate over night; remove sides of pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
