4 Cups Sliced cooked carrots
1 1/2 Cups plain croutons
1 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix the carrots, croutons and cheese. Put into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over the carrot mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until browned.
