1 large can of pineapple chunks
1 large green pepper cut into pieces
1 large tomato cut into pieces
2 c. carrots
1 large can pineapple chunks

3 T. vegetable oil
6 chicken breasts

1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch

Cook chicken breasts in oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Put chicken and ALL vegetableI in a 9x13 pan. In a sauce pan add tomato sauce, vinegar, corn syrup, salt and pepper. In a bowl combine brown sugar and conrstarch. Bring liquid in pan to a boil and then add brown sugar mixture. Boil until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour
