1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 15 oz. can tomato paste
1 can chick peas
4 cups water (more if needed for soupy mix)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
pepper to taste
basil to taste
1 pound ditalini/small shells/small elbows

~Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil in mid-size pot
~Saute chopped garlic in olive oil
~Add can tomato paste and water
~Add all seasonings to taste
~Add can of chick peas and let simmer for about 15 minutes
~Cook pasta and add to soup! Yum!
