1 1/2 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 20oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 T flour
1/2 t salt
1 t thyme
1/2 t pepper
Ready Crust pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package and drain.

Meanwhile, saute the chicken in a little oil or butter until cooked.

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and the vegetables. Add the spices and toss. Mix the soup with 1 can of water and add to chicken mixture. Sprinkle flour over mixture and toss to incorporate.

Pour into 9" pie plate. Cover with crust and bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

If desired, mix egg (or egg beater) with water and brush over pie crust before baking.
