2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t salt
1/2 c & 1 T matzo meal
1/4 c vichy

Directions:
Directions:
With fork beat eggs. Add salt. Gradually add vichy. Beat again. Stir in matzo meal gradually. Refrigerate 1 hour. Form into 8 balls ad put in boiling water for 20 minutes, covered. Let stand, covered, until water cools. Add to soup.
