milk (or half n half)
butter
salt & pepper, to taste
parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut (into approximately 2" pieces) desired amount of potatoes for meal. Boil until just done - not too soft. Drain pot.

Pour in milk (or half n half) to make a bit of gravy. Add butter, approximately 1 tablespoon per pound of potatoes and salt & pepper, to taste. Add generous amount of parsley flakes.

Heat on low temp for another 5 minutes so that butter and milk are able to warm. Then close lid and toss potatoes so that gravy, butter, and seasonings cover the potatoes evenly.

Canned, whole potatoes can be used in place of raw potatoes. Simply heat them a bit and then follow directions regarding milk, etc to make this dish.
