2 pkgs cream cheese
3 or 4 scallions--chop up 1/2 of green part
2 heaping tbsp woreshire sauce
1 heaping tbsp soy sauce
1 package sliced ham (square pkg)
1 package of crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Take the ham package and cut in half. Put one half aside and cut the other into tiny pieces and mix with above ingredients in bowl (you can mix with hands). Make a ball and out on platter. Take remaining ham and cut into larger squares. Place squares around the ball (edges are touching each other)
