Crust:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine and press into 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. cool.

Filling:
1 8oz cream cheese, whipped
1 large cool whip
1 c sugar
2 small packs instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and ½ of the cool whip until creamed. Spread over crust. Mix pudding with milk until thickened and spread over cream cheese mix. Cover with the rest of the cool whip. Top with nuts. Chill at least 5-6 hours. Serves 10
