1 lb ground round
1/2 lb pork sausage
2 eggs
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 lb (1 sleeve) soda crackers - cheese flavored is nice
2 T worchestershire sauce
2 T parsley flakes
1 t italian seasoning
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t sweet basil
1/2 celery seed
1 t salt
1/2 pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mush all together. Smash in a loaf pan and bake for 50 min at 375. Combine some ketchup and brown sugar to make a glaze and smooth over meat loaf, continue baking for an additional 15 min.
