Ingredients:  
6 eggs - divided
1 c water
pinch of salt
2 c flour
1 T melted butter
1 lb cottage cheese
1 t parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl beat 4 eggs well. Add water, pinch of salt, flour and melted butter. Cook on stove as you would pancakes. Let cool.

To make filling, combine cottage cheese, parsley pinch of salt and remaining 2 well beaten eggs.

Place approximately 2-3 t of filling into each pancake. Roll like a cigar. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
