9 Medium Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 Tbls. Cooking Oil
1 Tbls. Seasoned Salt
2 lbs. Fresh Pork Sausage
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella or American Cheese

Preheat oven to 400

In a large skillet fry potatoes in oil until golden brown. Sprinkle potatoes with seasoned salt while frying.
In another skillet, brown sausage and onion; drain excess fat. Add sausage-onion mixture to potatoes.
Heat the mushroom soup, tomato sauce, milk, salt, oregano and garlic powder. Add to potato-sausage mixture. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake covered for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted
