Pepper Steak Recipe

3 C hot cooked rice
1 lb round steak, cut 1/2"
1 T paprika
2 T oleo
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 C beef broth
1 C green onions, cut
2 T cornstarch
1/4 C water
1/4 C soy sauce
2 tomatoes cut
2 green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with paprika & brown in butter in large skillet. Add garlic & broth and simmer 30 minutes. Add onions & peppers, cook 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water & soy sauce. Stir into mixture and cook until thickened. Add tomatoes and serve over hot rice.

The best way to cut the steak is to put it in the freezer until not quite frozen. Also, I often use bouillon crystals with water for broth.
