1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cube butter
1 bag of frozen broccoli pieces
3 bags of Boil in the Bag Minute Rice
1 large jar of Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut medium onion into quarters and slice.
2. Melt butter on low in saucepan. Add onion and saute in butter until light brown, then remove from heat and set aside.
3. Cook 3 bags of boil in the bag Minute Rice in boiling water as directed on the package.
4. Spray glass cake pan with Pam or other cooking spray (to prevent sticking). Pour hot rice into a 9" x 13" glass cake pan, pour can of cream of mushroom soup over the top. Add sautéed onion and butter mixture. Add frozen broccoli pieces (still frozen). Add Cheese Whiz. Blend all ingredients until well mixed and spread evenly in glass cake pan. Pepper to taste (salt not necessary)
5. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
