1 cup chicken broth
3 cups chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
2 T flour
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth to a boil; add vegetables & seasonings. Cover; simmer 10 min. or until potatoes are tender. Add a small amount of milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture to hot vegetables. Add remaining milk; cook until mixture boils & thickens. Add cheese & bacon; stir until cheese melts.
