4 lbs. deer roast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp liquid smoke flavoring
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place deer roast in crock pot (It doesn't even have to be thawed out)
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
Cover. Turn crock pot to HI and cook for 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Make gravy by pouring liquid into sauce pan and thickening it with a mixture of 1/4 cup each of flour and water.
