10 Inch Pan Cornbread
2 Cups Pinto Beans Drained
1 Cup Onion, Cut Fine
1 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Cups Diced Fresh Tomatoes
Grated Cheese
Bacon Bits

Dressing:
2 Cups Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 Cup Sweet Pickle Juice

Directions:
Directions:

Crumble cornbread into a 9x13 dish. Add pinto beans, onion and bell pepper. Add layer of tomatoes.

Mix together mayonnaise and pickle juice and pore over above ingredients.

Sprinkle on top with 1 cup grated cheese and bacon bits
