Beat first four ingredients until light. Mix rest of ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Spread in ungreased pan. (I use a cake pan, but can use a 15x10x1 inch cookie sheet). Bake at 350º for 25-30 min.
Frosting: Beat together one 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese; 1/2 cup margarine; 1 tsp. vanilla. Then, add 2 c. confectioners sugar. Beat. Spread on cooled bars and slice.
