2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup water
12 button mushrooms
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks
1 lg. red pepper, cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chuks
pineapple chunks
melted butter

Place steak cubes in plastic storage bag. Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chopped onion & water. Pour in bag over steak and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Turn bag over a few times. When ready to grill, drain and discard marinade. Thread steak onto skewers, alternately with mushrooms, peppers, and pineapple. Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn & brush occasionally with butter.
