10 medium potatoes
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 C dairy sour cream
2 T chives
salt and pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash the potatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cover tightly
and refrigerate. 1 hour before serving, bake at 350 degrees until hot through, 30 or 40 minutes. This can be put together the day before.

This is another old recipe. I had copied it on the back of an envelope. I just looked at it and the postmark is Jauary, 1971! It had contained a letter from my mother. I probably got it from the Kitchen Klatter radio program.
