RASPBERRY LAYER-
1-3 oz. raspberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen red berries
1 T. lemon juice

WHITE LAYER-
1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream

1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and sugar into boiling water; chill until partially set, then add lemon juice and raspberries.
Whip the cream; blend in sugar and cream cheese.
Spread 1/2 of white mixture on bottom of pie shell; add
layer of 1/2 raspberry mixture. CHILL QUICKLY.
Add another layer of white and rest of raspberry; top with a small amt. of white mixture.
