1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks or 1 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 C. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Mix peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Roll into 1 inch balls. Insert toothpick into each one. Place in freezer for 30 min.
Melt chocolate chips. Dip balls into melted chocolate using toothpick handle, leaving small circle at top uncovered. Place back on cookie sheet and refrigerate 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
