1 c. untreated wheat
2 c. warm water
Soak wheat in 2 c. water overnight. Next day put wheat-water in blender and blend until completely cracked and mushy.
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. flour
2 c. water, lukewarm
3 eggs
1/2 c. honey
2 T. salt
1/2 c.oleo
10-11 c. flour

Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in 2 c. lukewarm water. Add 2 c. flour, 3eggs, honey, salt, and oleo.
Mix well(electric mixer or spoon). Add wheat and 2 c. flour. Continue mixing.
Mix by hand 6-7 c. flour, until dough can be kneaded without being sticky. Knead in more flour if necessary. Grease bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Shape into loaves. Let rise and bake at 350º for 40 min. or until golden and sounds hollow when thumped.
