1 c sweetened condensed milk (15oz)
2 squares chocolate
1 Tbl. water added last
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler, add milk stir until thick or 5 min. Remove from heat and add water.

Cool and spread on cake or cupcakes.
