2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen French style green beans
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
Buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish.

Cook beans according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in skillet; saute almonds in butter for 5 minutes over low heat. Stir in parsley, onions, celery, and carrot. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir in soup and beans. Pour into casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
