Personal Notes:
I always made this for the Christmas caroling party that the Evergreen Historic District Association - our neighborhood group for many years in Memphis - hosted each year. It was either freezing cold or unseasonably warm on party days, but whatever the weather, everyone counted on having this wine. A wonderful neighborhood, wonderful memories!
