1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 C Mayo
1 C Buttermilk
1 jalapeno, seeded
1 handful cilantro
1 clove garlic
2 green onions
1 t salt
cracked black pepper

shredded cabbage and carrot

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and process untill smooth, pour over cabbage and carrots.

Ash says to eat this as a dip with Nacho Doritos. We have this for lunch at the shop almost every Friday. Great on just about any sandwich as a sub for lettuce!
