4 cups dried Great Northern Beans
2 t. dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black ground pepper
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
4 T. molasses
1/4 cup catsup
1 onion diced

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Pour off water and rinse. Add ingredients to a large heavy baking dish. I use a bean crock. Bake @ 275 for 8 hours. You can also make in a large electric crockpot on low for 8 hours.
