1 3/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil ( I use olive oil)
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water


Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be very thin)
Pour into greased/floured 13" x 9"' x 2" pan. Bake 350 deg. for 35 - 40 minutes or until
cake tester inserted in center comes out clean- cool and enjoy with or without icing.
