1 pound scallops
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 pint half & half
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1/4 pound grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute scallops, mushrooms and onions in butter until
tender. Sprinkle in flour and mix. 2. Heat half & half in a 2-
quart saucepan. Add scallop mixture and mix together. Add
seasonings and most of the parmesan cheese, keeping
approximately 3 tbsp. aside. Mix together until thickened. 3.
Spoon thickened mixture onto 6 seashells (or shallow sauce
dishes) and sprinkle remaining cheese over tops and serve.
Note: you may brown scallops under the broiler to reheat and
melt the cheese on top.
