SALAD:
6 slices of crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs. chopped
1 pound fresh spinach

DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Cracked black pepper
1 ice cube

Directions:

Mix salad dressing ingredients, shake well, and chill.

Pour over the spinach, bacon, and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well.

Dressing keeps well for several days if refrigerated.
