1+1/2 pkg of 8 oz Kroger Puffed Corn (King Soopers)
1/2 cup white corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp bkg soda

Directions:
Directions:
Distribute corn puffs into two pans.

Combine syrup, sugar and butter in sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soda and stir. Pour over corn puffs and toss. Bake in 300 degree oven for 10 minutes. Toss and bake 10 more minutes. Pour onto wax paper to cool.

This was a big hit with the women at the Senior Center. It can be made all year around. The King Soopers in Castle Rock could not keep the puffed corn on the shelf once I did this demonstration.
