1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Pudding OR
Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup all purpose biscuit mix
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in a bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk and egg; blend well. Stir in chips. Drop dough from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375º for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets and cool on racks. Store in covered container. Makes about 2 dozen.
