1/2 c dry white wine, 2/3 c canola oil, 6 T white wine vinegar, 2 T fine chopped onion, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c spicy brown mustard, and 5-6 lbs chicken.

Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken. Marinate 4 hours or more, stir occasionally. Cook on medium heat on the barbecue for 40 - 50 minutes. Marinate while cooking.

3 lbs. chicken serves about 4 people.
