1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl cream together butter, cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add egg and milk; beat well. Add flour; stir in peanuts. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350º oven for 15 - 17 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
