4 quarts cold water
2 3 oz packages of Old Bay Seasoning
1 large lemon, halved
1 small onion, quartered
3 T salt
4 lbs medium sized shrimp, raw

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil over high heat. Cover and boil 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and remove from heat. Cover the pot and let stand 10 minutes. The shrimp will turn pink and the shell will loosen. Drain and discard the "extra"s so just the shrimp are left. Serve with cocktail sauce or melted butter.

Spread out the newsprint and serve with corn on the cob and new potatoes. Eat it all with your fingers and use pretty cotton towels to wipe up the joy!! All your friends will love you.
