1 lb. lean ground turkey
2 tsp ground cumin
1 jar (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa ( 1 3/4 c.)
1 C. chopped fresh tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. frozen corn
3 flour tortillas
1 (8oz) pkg. light 4 Cheese Mexican Blend
sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Coat a 9 or 10 in. deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. Cook meat w/ cumin until brown. Stir in salsa, tomatoes, chili, corn & bring to a simmer. Cook 10 min.
Put 1 tortilla on bottom of pie plate. Spread w/ 1/2 of meat. Sprinkle w/ 1/3 of cheese. Repeat. Top w/ remaining tortilla. Cover w/ foil. Bake 30 min. uncovered. Sprinkle w/ cheese & bake 10 min. longer. Let col 5-10 min. Top w/ sour cream
