Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can Phillsbury Pizza Dough
Assorted cut thin vegetables any kind you like
(broccoli, spinach, squash, zucchini etc.)
1 small can tomatoe sauce
1/4 cup. chopped onion
1/4 cup. chopped green pepper
2 cloves sliced garlic
1/4 tsp. Italian spice
pinch Rosemary
pinch Basil
pinch red pepper
pinch salt
3 - 4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tomatoe sliced thin
olives (green or black) sliced thin
Cheese (what ever kind you like, I use a mixture of romano, parmesean, and mozzarella.

** (meat optional sliced thin, chicken, sausage, shrimp)

Saute onion, green pepper, garlic in olive oil about 10-15-min. in a skillet
Add sliced vegetables and saute another 10-15 min.
Add Italian spice, rosemary, basil, pepper and salt.
Saute another 5 min. mix with vegetable mixture.
**(Add optional meat and saute another 10-15 min.)

Turn fire off and roll out the pizza dough using oil on your hands so the pizza doesn't stick. I sometimes use a 13 X 9 rectangular pan instead of a pizza pan.

Spread a few tablespoons (3 - 4) of the tomatoe sauce over the pizza dough. Do not use too much, because it will make the dough soft and soggy.

Drain any excess oil if any from the vegetable mixture and layer on the pizza dough.

** (add optional meat at this point)

Add sliced tomatoes and olives.

Sprinke with cheese.

Bake 350 for approximatley 30-40 min.
