1 Can of Kidney Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans
3 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of Hominy
1 Can of Diced Green Chiles
1 Package of Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Small Yellow Onion Diced
12 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 lb of Ground Beef

Toppings (optional)
Green Onion
Sour Creme
Shreddeded Cheddar Cheese
Faux Corn Chips (Fritos)


Brown ground beef separately, drain fat, add to Crock Pot. Dice small onion, add to Crock Pot. Open all cans and add entire contents to Crock Pot without draining any liquid.

Add Ranch Dressing and Taco Seasoning.

Cook in Crock pot on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours. When ready to serve, top with Sour Cream, Cheese, Green Onions and Fritos. YUM!
