3/4 cups butter
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy pan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Stir constantly. Boil 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234º. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Pour into 9x13 pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 3 lbs.
